You will implement business processes and design SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, taking ownership of functional streams from requirements analysis through configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive high-quality SAP IBP project outcomes while supporting solution decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement business processes and design SAP IBP solutions.
- Take ownership of functional streams within SAP projects, from requirement analysis through configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Configure SAP IBP, including unit and integration testing, documentation, and validation activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the development team during build, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to workshops with business stakeholders and support solution decision-making.
- Take responsibility for planning and implementing work packages within SAP IBP projects and ensure high-quality delivery.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience with SAP IBP.
- Proficiency: Functional and/or technical proficiency demonstrated in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Expertise: Strong ability to explain and demonstrate SAP IBP processes and identify process optimisation opportunities.
- Knowledge: Good cross-module knowledge enabling the design of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
- Skills: Solid configuration and solution design capabilities.
- Mindset: Strong consulting mindset with the ability to propose multiple business process improvement options, including clear articulation of pros and cons.
- Experience: Exposure to multiple industries with a good understanding of relevant planning and supply chain processes.
- Certification: SAP IBP certification is an advantage.
- Exposure: Pre-sales experience, including solution input or proposal support, is an advantage.
- Commitment: Strong dedication to knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and capability development.
- Application: Use of AI to optimise delivery, including process analysis, testing support, and reporting, with the ability to explain AI-driven scenarios and assess business value.
General requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
- Languages: Additional languages are an asset.
- Collaboration: Strong team player able to work effectively in both small and large international teams.
- Skills: Very good analytical, logical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to gain exposure to different industries and business models.
- Commitment: Strong focus on high-quality project delivery.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel as required by project needs
