We’re hiring an SAP Sales Manager based in Mexico to drive our SAP business across LATAM. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact role, build trusted relationships with CXOs, and deliver real value through SAP-powered transformation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive SAP business growth across LATAM by developing new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients, decision-makers, partners, and SAP.
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with Westernacher's business objectives.
  • Identify client needs and position tailored SAP solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Manage key accounts and drive growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SAP practice leaders and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and delivery.
  • Support commercial activities, including proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans using CRM tools.
  • Represent Westernacher in customer meetings, industry events, and SAP-related activities.

Role requirements:

  • Relevant university degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP sales, business development, key account management, or SAP consulting.
  • Proven experience selling SAP services within LATAM, with a solid understanding of the regional business environment.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong background as an SAP consultant or delivery professional with hands-on project experience.
  • Solid presales capabilities, including solution positioning, value articulation, and proposal development.
  • Familiarity with SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions such as EWM, TM, IBP, and PP/DS is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (MS CRM preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
