To complement our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for an SAP Application Support Specialist with German.
As an SAP Application Support Specialist, you will:
- Manage incident resolution, change requests, and upgrades, ensuring the seamless operation of SAP applications.
- Drive the development of new products, implement business processes and solutions, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance and technical support.
- Ensure documentation, system configurations, and testing are comprehensive and aligned with business requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in SAP application support and incident management, ideally in one of the following areas: SAP IBP and/or PP.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- High level of independent working ability and proactive attitude.
