People Lead

We are currently looking for People Leads to join our growing team in India.
Your Responsibilities

Resource Management:
Monitor team utilization, ensuring fair workload distribution and optimal resource planning. Lead team meetings and complete required administrative tasks (e.g. reports, annual reviews).

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices, promoting innovation and growth within the team.

Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor a team of consultants, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Set development targets, provide regular feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews to ensure team growth.

Your Experience and skills

Require more than 10years of experience in People Lead role in SAP Consulting.

He / She will be responsible for developing strategy, managing large teams, and delivering excellence

Maintain an accurate database of employee skills, certifications, and project experience.

Monitor and analyze resource utilization (billable hours) to avoid over- or under-utilization, and forecast future demand to prevent capacity bottlenecks.

Build and manage high-performing teams, mentor consultants, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

Support employee growth by aligning project assignments with career aspirations and fostering skill development.

Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members, ensuring both individual and team success.

Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex, large-scale SAP projects from start to finish.

Solution-oriented and positive hands-on mentality.

Readiness to travel if the role requires it.
