To complement our team in Costa Rica, we are looking for a SAP Project Manager - Supply Chain

Your Responsibilities:

    • The core responsibility of this role is to manage consulting engagements, conduct customers workshops for providing solution roadmap & proposal presentations Involvement in SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects in Supply Chain Logistics for different industry domains like Automotive, Retail, FMCG, LSP, etc.  
    • Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team, including project plan preparation (with assistance from practice leads) & monitor the quality aspects of the team’s deliverables 
    • Oversee SAP projects to provide metrics for reporting to the executive team on business case ROI and ensure the right change management, and communication to stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans Oversee highly complex projects, navigating challenging commercial, political, and strategic landscapes
    • Engage with customer Project Managers, as well as senior IS and Business Management figures (up to VP level) on equal terms
    • Follow-up and successful sign-off of project milestones Help manage, grow, and mentor the SAP consulting team for their technical and personality development.
    • Take initiatives for competency building and skill enhancements Indirect responsibility for driving revenue growth by capturing new customer accounts and growing them over multiple years Drive business generation, presales activities & end-to-end solutions to build winning proposals

Your Skills and Experience:

    • 8-12 years of professional experience with intense exposure to SAP project delivery and presales to global customers
    • Experience in SCM (EWM, TM, Yard), Logistics or S/4HANA as a Project Manager and/or Consultant is a strong advantage
    • Strong experience in SAP Consulting, and project management with deep functional.
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain logistics processes 
    • Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management
    • highly effective oral and written communication in English and at all levels with different stakeholders 
    • Team management experience to guide individual consultants as well as collaborate with the local and global teams.
    • Must have delivered multiple SAP projects in the areas of SAP ERP and supply chain applications and worked throughout the entire project lifecycle from understanding business processes, designing the To-Be solution in SAP, validating the solution with business process owners to designing and developing of RICEFW objects in ECC, S4 HANA or EWM, TM applications 
    • Pre-sales exposure to collaborate with SAP teams, preparing the solution and commercial proposals, effort estimation, presentation to clients, consulting fee negotiations to sign-off Statement of Work (SoW)
