This is a unique opportunity to join one of the global SAP consulting leaders as HR Operations Expert in Malaysia.
Your main task will be to a central point of contact for senior stakeholders and vendors as well as manage the whole employee lifecycle.

What you should bring to the table:
- min 7 years+ track record HR Operations/Admin experience, ranging from contracting, visa support, onboarding, payroll, retention, vendor management, offboarding, etc.
- very good knowledge of Malaysian labour law
- experience with relocation topics
- positive, self-starter, can-do attitude
- ability to network and communicate fluently in English with colleagues and colleagues across job levels and cultures;
- ability to prioritize, think on your feet and provide quick feedback and solutions to hiring managers and employees
- strong research and analytical skills
- desire to learn, experiment with new approaches and constantly self-improve
