To complement our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Global IT Service Administrator.

Your responsibilities:

    • Handling Windows OS administration and technical core competencies tasks including MS 365 software installation, upgrade, applying support packages, installation add-on software components, system health checks, and monitoring;
    • Configuring cloud-based endpoint management solutions such as Intune;
    • Maintaining multi-landscape environments through remote copies, system refreshes, transport management;
    • Participating in technical projects across multiple teams;
    • Providing Remote support to end users;
    • Fixing LAN/Wi-Fi related issues at PC/Access-Point/Firewall;
    • Supporting Global colleagues through Teams calls/Teams Chat/Email/Ticketing system;
    • Providing a quick workaround in case of time-consuming troubleshooting;

Your skills and experience:

    • Hands-on experience/knowledge in Microsoft 365/MS Entra/Intune and knowledge of other cloud technologies will be an added advantage;
    • Knowledge about user onboarding/offboarding procedures;
    • Maintain Asset Inventory (Software), allocation and configuration of asset as per requirement;
    • Understanding of Microsoft licensing model;
    • Hands-on experience in Onboarding/Offboarding devices with Intune and troubleshooting onboarding issues;
    • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, and Windows11 Operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting;
    • Candidate should be able to perform root cause analysis on:
    •            - Windows 10/11 OS related issues;
    •            - Windows 10/11 network and connectivity issues;
    • VPN Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting;
    • In-depth understanding of LAN and Wi-Fi;
    • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve issues;
    • Prior Experience working on any of the ticketing tools will be an added advantage;
    • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

General requirements:

    • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
    • A high standard for work ethic and quality;
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Superior customer service and support skills;
    • Excellent level of English, German is a strong plus.
