We (Westernacher Consulting) are a global SAP consulting leader, specializing in providing services related to business transformation, digital transformation, and technology solutions.
As a Sales Manager (f/m/d) for the Swiss market, you will drive sales growth and expand our market presence. This includes developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our SAP consulting team to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively develop leads, opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline in Switzerland to achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This includes professional management of all opportunities and offers for assigned customers, including accurate forecasting.
- Provide technical and commercial customer consulting in the area of SAP and innovative applications within the SAP environment. Act as a strategic partner for discussions with customers and acquire new topics with existing clients.
- Continuously expand market share in the region by closely collaborating with SAP, participating in business negotiations, product presentations, and attending trade shows and workshops.
Your skills:
- With a technical degree or equivalent education, you have several years of experience in SAP sales and/or consulting, particularly with SAP SCM and/or S/4HANA solutions.
- You have a strong IT affinity and a keen interest in the latest innovations and topics in the SAP world. Additionally, you possess a clear understanding of current and future market trends.
- Alongside an independent working style and a hands-on mentality, we expect a professional demeanor with strong customer orientation and good presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent French and English language skills.
- Familiarity with Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as CRM systems.
