We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
    • Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines through research.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Contribute to strategic projects such as talent/industry mapping, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.

Your Experience and Skills:

    • Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition with a desire to learn and grow in the HR domain.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
