We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through research.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Contribute to strategic projects such as talent/industry mapping, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition with a desire to learn and grow in the HR domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
