Your Responsibilities:

    • Lead delivery responsibilities for CRM/CX projects in the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
    • Design and deliver SAP CRM and CX solutions, including SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, leveraging your expertise to meet customer needs.
    • Engage in pre-sales activities: Conduct solution demos, prepare and present proposals, and support lead conversion into projects.
    • Drive customer workshops to gather business requirements, perform solution design, and align on system configuration.
    • Oversee project implementation, provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Lead solution architecture, align technical design with business processes, ensuring seamless integration across SAP and third-party systems.

Your Experience and Skills:

    • Positive, self-motivated, and proactive individual with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
    • 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM and SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud.
    • Proven experience in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP CRM and CX solutions for large, complex projects.
    • Strong pre-sales experience with demonstrated ability to conduct successful demos and win client trust.
    • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud is highly desirable.
    • Expertise in integration of SAP CRM/CX solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and third-party systems, leveraging tools like SAP Cloud Integration or CPI.
    • Understanding of the SAP Activate methodology with the ability to guide clients through each project phase from discovery through go live.
    • Familiarity with SAP Fiori for customer experience enhancement.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
    • Ability to mentor teams and lead the architectural design while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
    • Experience in creating customer proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting the sales cycle.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
