Westernacher Consulting, a global management and IT consulting firm, is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations in Mexico City. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, reliable, and enjoys providing professional support in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will work closely with consultants, managers, and global teams, ensuring smooth daily operations while handling information with professionalism and discretion.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate virtual and on-site meetings, as well as internal events, using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot.
- Maintain internal databases, shared folders, trackers, and administrative overviews.
- Support basic HR, onboarding, and office coordination activities.
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Support timesheet controlling.
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for colleagues, external partners, and vendors.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and timelines as part of an international consulting team.
Your skills and experience:
- Native Spanish and fluent English (spoken and written).
- Very good command of Microsoft 365 and office applications.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- High reliability, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Previous experience in administrative, coordination, assistant, or operations-related roles.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, or other collaboration tools.
