To complement our team in Costa Rica, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative - SAP!!!!

Your Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential customers and target accounts.
    • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and databases to generate leads.
    • Create personalized outreach strategies, including email, calls, and social media engagement.
    • Qualification:
    • Engage with leads to understand their business challenges and needs.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions.
    • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
    • Provide insights from outbound efforts to the marketing team for campaign improvements.
    • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Meet and exceed KPIs, including the number of leads generated, qualified opportunities, and meetings scheduled.
    • Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and status updates in the CRM system.
    • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on SAP solutions, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Incorporate feedback to refine messaging and outreach techniques.

Your Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role in a tech/SaaS environment; SAP experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships.
    • Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate their value to potential customers.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results driven.
