This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to define and lead our Digital Core practice, drive innovation, and expand our footprint in existing and new markets. 

The SAP Digital Core Practice Director is going to be responsible for several areas:

    • Go-To-Market strategy: Define, optimize, and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for SAP Digital Core in Spain, focusing on S/4HANA modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement, as well as Digital Transformation and Enterprise Architecture. Develop a 12-to-18-month business development and sales plan, establish a partnering strategy with SAP and key players, and identify 1-to-5-year market potential for the practice in the assigned market unit.
    • Business development: Generate leads and opportunities by partnering with SAP and other key stakeholders. Expand the market presence through speaking engagements, publications, and running targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Sales process management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including proposal writing, aligning delivery and staffing strategies with global teams, and collaborating with solution architects to review and finalize estimates. Present and defend proposals to clients and convert opportunities into successful projects.
    • Functional engagement: Take on pivotal roles such as Project Director or Program Manager to ensure success of delivery projects.

Your skills and experience:

    • Expertise in SAP Digital Core solutions: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its key modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement). 
    • Strategic vision: Proven experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, as well as building and growing a consulting practice. 
    • Business development acumen: Strong background in presales, proposal creation, and driving revenue through innovative solutions. 
    • Leadership experience: Demonstrated success managing large accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. 
    • Technical and functional knowledge: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, aligning emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, machine learning) with SAP capabilities. 
    • Communication skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities (additional languages are a plus). 
    • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project demands.
