To complement our team in the United States, we are looking for Settlement Management Architect

Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop scalable, secure settlement management architectures that integrate with existing systems.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and provide expert advice on settlement management strategies and solutions.
    • Oversee the implementation of settlement management solutions, including integration with financial systems, data management, and process automation.
    • Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients and internal teams, guiding technical decisions and ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance settlement processes and system performance.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
    • Address complex issues, troubleshoot challenges during implementation, and provide effective solutions.
    • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality consulting services and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your Experience and Skills:

    • Expertise in designing complex settlement management systems and financial architectures, with a focus on scalability, security, and integration with various financial systems.
    • Deep understanding of settlement management processes, financial transactions, and associated technologies, including ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Strong consulting skills to assess client requirements, provide strategic advice, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Proficiency in system integration, data management, and process automation, with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing financial systems.
    • Strong project management abilities, including overseeing implementations, managing timelines, and ensuring project success, with experience in agile methodologies and other project management frameworks.
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and leading technical discussions, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and propose effective solutions, with an innovative mindset for implementing new solutions and improvements.
    • At least 5 years of experience in settlement management, financial systems architecture, or a related field, with a proven background in designing and implementing settlement management solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial processes, settlement procedures, and industry regulations, with experience in various settlement systems and financial transaction processing.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, with relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Architect (CISA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) being advantageous.
