A global SAP consulting leader, WE at Westernacher Consulting have been operating for 55 years and have hundreds of successful projects under our belt. We boast 30 years of SAP gold partnership and a global presence in 22 countries.
Due to our rapid growth, we have decided to expand our recruitment organisation in India and open up new senior recruitment positions.
We are currently looking for two SAP Senior Recruiters to lead the recruitment effort in two of our recruitment divisions in India.
Your main task will to do hands-on recruitment with regard to the full recruitment cycle and mentor a small team.

What you should bring to the table:
- a minimum of 10 years of total recruitment experience
- a minimum of 5 years of SAP recruitment experience
- track-record SAP recruitment experience
- recruitment experience in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment
- positive, self-starter, can-do attitude
- motivation and determination to succeed
- ability to network and communicate fluently in English with colleagues and candidates across job levels and cultures;
- ability to prioritize, think on your feet and provide quick feedback and solutions to hiring managers and candidates
- strong research and analytical skills
- desire to learn, experiment with new approaches and constantly self-improve
