Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining IT project plans with an emphasis on project timelines and project budget
- Monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects: updating work management tools, checking and monitoring deadlines; creating meeting minutes.
- Coordination and liaising with internal, and external partners
- Preparing project internal status reports
Your expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (nested functions, formulas, text functions) and excellent PowerPoint skills
- Must be fluent in both English and German - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both is a must
- Relationship-building and networking skills and the ability to function successfully in a team environment
- Experience with work management tools (like Jira) is an advantage
- Readiness to travel as much as the project tasks require
