We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead to take ownership of our Iberian market, driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and further establishing Westernacher as a trusted SAP transformation partner in the region.

This is more than a sales leadership role. It is an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a strategic market within a globally respected SAP consulting organization.

Your responsibilities:

Define and execute Westernacher's growth strategy across Iberia
Build pipeline, win new business, and strengthen our market presence
Develop trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and SAP
Represent Westernacher in key customer and industry engagements
Own revenue, pipeline, profitability, and overall market performance
Drive deal strategy, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Support team growth and talent development
Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Westernacher's values

Your skills and experience:

Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, business development, or market leadership on the Iberian market
Track record of growing revenue, building pipelines, and winning strategic accounts
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Understanding of SAP solutions and digital transformation trends
Fluent Spanish and English
Willingness to travel as required
