To strengthen our team in India, we are seeking a People Ops professional interested in joining a world-class SAP S/4HANA consulting company.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management. (onboarding, offboarding, documentation).
Support payroll processing, compliance activities, and maintain HR records with accuracy.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HRMS operations and data management.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel.
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Your Experience and Skills:
4–5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in IT/ITES or consulting firms.
MBA in HR or related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of HRMS tools.
Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Comfortable handling payroll, compliance, and operational HR responsibilities.
