To complement our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a SAP CO ABAP Developer and become part of a world-class SAP S/4HANA consulting company.
Your responsibilities:
- Custom Development and Enhancement: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in SAP Controlling (CO) and SAP Central Finance (CFIN) to meet specific client requirements, enhancing or correcting custom procedures as needed to align with business processes.
- Change Request Management: Manage and execute change requests within the CO and SAP CFIN modules, identifying areas for process improvement and adapting custom functionality to optimize system performance.
- Root Cause Analysis and Error Resolution: Investigate and diagnose issues within SAP CO, performing root cause analysis to troubleshoot errors and implement solutions that ensure stable and accurate functionality.
- Technical Configuration and Functional Knowledge: Apply strong functional knowledge of SAP CO and SAP CFIN to perform technical configurations, supporting effective integration and alignment with overall financial processes.
- System Integration and Process Alignment: Ensure seamless integration between CO, SAP CFIN, and other SAP modules (such as FI, MM, SD), maintaining data consistency and optimizing cross-module processes.
- Testing and Documentation: Document technical specifications and process changes; conduct thorough unit testing and support integration testing to validate change requests and enhancements before implementation.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong ABAP debugging and coding skills.
- Functional knowledge in the Area of SAP CO area and Central Finance (CFIN): PC and IC flow
- Technical expertise in Application interfaces and CDS views
- Knowledge of CFIN integration is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages are an advantage)
- Open-minded and able to work in both small local and large international teams
- Willingness to travel if the job requires it
