We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP MRP Consultant on contract/freelance basis. Work location - Ahmedabad.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP) solutions to help clients streamline their production planning, inventory management, and procurement processes. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and design effective SAP solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP MRP solutions to support clients’ production planning, material procurement, and inventory management needs.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and map them into SAP MRP functionality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Configure MRP parameters, such as planning strategies, reorder points, lead times, and lot sizes, to optimize material flow and reduce inventory costs.
- Support clients with SAP integration for MRP with other modules such as SAP IBP, MM, SD, and PP to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain management.
- Assist in troubleshooting MRP-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve system and process problems.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP MRP best practices and recommend improvements to enhance production and procurement processes.
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Your Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP.
- Proven experience as an SAP MRP consultant, with hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP MRP solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP MRP functionality, including planning strategies, demand management, and procurement planning.
- Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain management processes.
