To complement our team in Costa Rica, we are looking for a SAP AMS and Innovation Consultant.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage incident resolution, change requests, and upgrades, ensuring the seamless operation of SAP applications.
- Drive the development of new products, implement business processes and solutions, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance and technical support.
- Ensure documentation, system configurations, and testing are comprehensive and aligned with business requirements.
To join our team you need:
- 2+ years of proven experience in SAP
- Application support and incident management in the Logistics area is an asset.
- Willing to work on continuous improvement AMS projects.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- High level of independent working ability and proactive attitude.
General Requirements:
- Based in or willing to relocate to San José, Costa Rica.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries.
