Your Responsibilities:
- Solve complex SAP EWM 2nd and 3rd incidents and problems in productive, high‑automation warehouse environments - including conveyor systems, robots, and SAP EWM MFS
- Go beyond ticket handling by analyzing root causes, stabilizing systems, and preventing recurring issues
- Work on continuous improvements, enhancements, and innovations, not just fixes
- Support change requests, releases, and upgrades in close collaboration with global customers
- Learn to debug SAP EWM processes (ABAP) and understand what really happens behind the scenes
- Act as a trusted partner for customers operating 24/7 logistics environments
- Collaborate with senior EWM experts across Europe, Asia, and the US
- Work on projects across diversified industries such as spare parts, retail, automotive, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Gain exposure to automated warehouse environments including ASRS, conveyor systems, AGVs, and automated packaging solutions
- Work on SAP EWM systems integrated with third-party applications and external systems
- Contribute to new ideas, tools, accelerators, and best practices for modern AMS delivery
Your Experience and Skills:
We are looking for consultants with drive, grit, and curiosity.
You should bring:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with good experience as EWM functional consultant.
- Bachelor s Degree in Science, IT Engineering or equivalent in the related field of study.
- Experience or strong foundation in SAP EWM application support or operations and basic awareness of SAP EWM MFS
- A genuine interest in automated warehouses and logistics processes
- Willingness to learn SAP EWM MFS and ABAP debugging (no fear of technical depth)
- Ability to stay calm and structured in high‑pressure, production‑critical situations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Very good communication skills in English
- A proactive, independent working style - you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Motivation to grow from “support consultant” into a true SAP EWM expert
- Experience in other SAP modules or technical areas is a plus - but attitude and learning mindset matter more than years on paper.
