We are looking for an experienced Strategic HR/Talent Development professional to oversee all offshore resources assigned across multiple projects.

Your Responsibilities:

The role focuses on partnering with business leaders to drive people development, talent management, learning initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP acts as a strategic advisor, aligning people strategies with business goals while strengthening capability, performance, and culture.

Lead our regional people-development agenda end-to-end—designing structured learning journeys from early career to leadership readiness, and closing critical technical/behavioral skill gaps across India, SEA, and MEA in tight partnership with People Leads and CC Leads.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of Real HRBP depth applied to people development
  • Hands-on builder
  • Competency/skills frameworks experience
  • Succession & progression enablement
  • Data-driven
  • Cross-cultural collaboration
  • Willingness to work across HR verticals
  • Nice-to-have - Experience integrating capability data with staffing or BI, - Exposure to consulting environments.
