SAP OTC Solution Architect

You design and lead end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash solutions that support complex business transformations across industries. Acting as a trusted advisor, you translate business strategies into scalable SAP architectures and guide stakeholders through critical solution decisions. Your work combines deep process expertise with a strong architectural mindset.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures across Order-to-Cash based on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs.
  • Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long-term roadmap.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade-offs.
  • Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across workstreams.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution architecture design, estimations, and client presentations.

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 9–10+ years of relevant experience in SAP solution architecture across domains such as Finance, Manufacturing, SCM, or OTC.
  • Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects.
  • Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong cross-module expertise to design robust end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions.
  • Excellent configuration and solution design skills with a holistic architectural mindset.
  • Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills, including C-level interaction.
  • Experience working across multiple industries with a strong understanding of relevant business processes.
  • Strong experience in pre-sales and business development activities.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong project and solution leadership capabilities.
  • SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA are an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP’s integration and transformation toolchain, such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe.
  • Strong commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and building organizational capabilities.
  • Designs AI-enabled SAP solutions conceptually (e.g. process automation, embedded AI, analytics). Evaluates AI use cases, risks, and governance with customers.

General requirements:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and a second language.
  • Additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong team player comfortable working in complex, international environments.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and exposure to diverse industries.
  • Strong focus on delivery excellence and customer success.
  • Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.
