What You'll Do:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and administer SAP systems across development, test, and production environments
- Manage daily SAP BASIS operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Plan and execute system copies, migrations, and upgrades with minimal business disruption
- Administer SAP systems running on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Support SAP cloud environments including RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP
- Administer and support SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) including: Subaccounts and entitlements, Destinations and connectivity, SAP Cloud Connector configuration
- Support and maintain SAP SaaS solutions including tenant configuration and integrations
- Configure and maintain monitoring solutions including SAP Cloud ALM for Operations
- Configure monitoring for SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP environments
- Manage Identity Provider (IdP) integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
- Support authentication solutions including SAML and OAuth-based integrations
- Perform SAP database administration tasks including: Backup and recovery, System replication, Performance tuning, Patching and maintenance
- Support roles and authorizations analysis and troubleshoot access-related issues
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity exercises
- Maintain technical documentation and system architecture records
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams on complex technical topics
- Coordinate with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) for RISE and GROW environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across SAP landscapes
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience, supporting complex SAP landscapes including experience working with SAP BTP, SAP SaaS solutions, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Proven experience in SAP system installation, upgrades, migrations, and technical administration
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments & RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP environments
- Hands-on experience managing SAP systems on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with hybrid SAP landscapes (cloud and on-premise)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM for Operations
- Experience with SAP-supported databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or ASE
- Understanding of SAP roles and authorizations concepts
- Experience troubleshooting authorization issues
- Experience with Identity Provider integrations and authentication technologies
- Knowledge of SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 authentication methods
- Experience with IAS and IPS administration and transformations
