We are looking for SAP EWM Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant- Functional for our growing team in India.
Skills Required
- 11- 15 years of overall IT experience with 2 full cycle project execution experience as EWM functional consultant in S4 Hana.
- Bachelor s Degree in Science, IT Engineering or equivalent in the related field of study.
- Subject matter expert in SAP Extended Warehouse Management and have implementation experience of projects, experience in strategy and consulting for EWM. Should have hands-on experience on configuration, writing functional specifications for complex developments, cutover activities.
- Excellent in identifying, translating business functionalities to team on EWM projects.
- Must possess in-depth functional knowledge of SAP EWM and have a good understanding of the integration of EWM with other modules.
- Full life cycle implementation cycle with Blue printing, fit gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go live experience.
- Excellent team management skill.
- Excellent understanding of EWM Standard Processes.
- High analytical skills.
- Excellent skill in understanding Business processes.
- Good skills in documentation, good listening and dynamic thinking ability.
- Good understanding of integration with ERP/S4 system.
- Good understanding of fit-to-gap analysis.
- Come up with innovative ideas that will provide value to the customer.
- Understanding of various deployment options and can play solution architect role.
- Good communication to take up client-facing roles.
- Ability on positive influence for project change management to customer through effective participation and value-added suggestions.
- Aggressive self-starter, self-driven professional with positive mindset and hunger for project success.
- Must understand the SDLC process.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation of SAP EWM for leading retail, logistics or automotive companies
- Customer interaction to define business processes per industry standard and mapping into SAP SCM
- Engage in management of project team and core business team, to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of the program
- Presale’s solution design for new opportunities to define project requirements and conduct pilot demo for potential customers.
- Experienced in managing project scope, cost and customer expectations and provide technical solution design and system setup
- Production integration, quality inspections and serial numbers
- The Interface between the ERP System and the EWM System
- Analytics in Extended Warehouse Management
