To complement our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a SAP SD/MM Solution Architect with German.

About the role:

You design end-to-end SAP solution architectures across Sales & Distribution and Materials Management, ensuring seamless integration across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
You translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP SD/MM solutions and guide organizations through international transformation initiatives.
You act as a trusted advisor, shaping solution strategies and aligning technology with long-term business goals.

Your responsibilities:

Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures across Sales & Distribution and Materials Management.
Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs.
Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long-term roadmap.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade-offs.
Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across workstreams.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution architecture design, estimations, and client presentations.

Your skills and experience:

Experience of 9–10+ years in SAP solution architecture across domains such as Finance, Manufacturing, SCM, or OTC.
Track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects.
Proficiency demonstrated through at least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Expertise in designing end-to-end Sales & Distribution and Materials Management solutions with cross-module integration.
Capability in solution design with a strong holistic architectural mindset.
Strength in consulting and stakeholder management, including C-level interaction.
Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and order-to-cash processes across industries.
Experience in pre-sales and business development activities.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong project and solution leadership.
Certification in SAP SD/MM as an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP’s integration and transformation toolchain such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe.
Commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and organizational capability building.
Understanding of AI-enabled SAP solutions including automation and analytics use cases.

General requirements:

Degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in a relevant field.
Proficiency in English and German with strong communication and presentation skills.
Additional languages are an asset.
Mindset of a strong team player within complex international environments.
Capability in analytical and conceptual problem-solving.
Commitment to continuous learning and exposure to diverse industries.
Focus on delivery excellence and customer success.
Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.
