SAP S/4HANA P2P Senior Consultant (Subcon)
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and integration with related modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during developments, integrations, and testing.
- Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
- Provide functional leadership throughout project delivery while mentoring junior consultants when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Support presales activities by contributing to solution design, estimations, and client presentations when needed.
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices to continuously enhance solution delivery.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP P2P/MM consulting experience.
- Mandatory hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, including participation in at least two (2) full-cycle end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a P2P/MM Consultant.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Procure-to-Pay processes, including Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and related MM functionality.
- Experience leading client workshops, business process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution configuration.
- Strong understanding of integration with Finance (FI), Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and other related SAP modules.
- Experience supporting all project phases, including blueprint/design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working closely with ABAP and integration teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel around 40% to 50% of the time.
- Valid B1 Business Visa for travel to the USA
