Now, we’re growing our team in Malaysia and looking for an experienced SAP Digital Core - SEA Solution Architect to join our dynamic global team.
Your responsibilities:
- Architecture Design & Implementation: Design and implement SAP S/4HANA digital core solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. Utilize the Fit to Standard approach to maximize standard SAP functionality and stay informed on the future roadmap of SAP modules.
- Fit to Standard Approach: Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to identify where standard SAP solutions meet business needs, minimize customizations, and lead workshops to align business requirements with SAP best practices.
- SAP Activate Methodology: Apply the SAP Activate methodology across project phases, guiding teams through Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions, communicate with both technical and non-technical teams, and provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.
- Integration & Testing: Oversee SAP S/4HANA integration with other systems and ensure thorough testing strategies (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) are implemented.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP S/4HANA advancements and industry trends, identify opportunities for process optimization, and mentor junior team members while promoting knowledge sharing.
Your skills and experience:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years focused on SAP S/4HANA, leading projects from design to deployment.
- Expertise in one of the following process tracks: Order to Cash, Source to Pay, or Plan to Fulfill.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Fit to Standard approach, and SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules.
- Skilled in Fit-Gap analysis, configuring SAP solutions, and integrating SAP with non-SAP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and open to travel as required.
