Join our team in Sweden as an experienced SAP EWM Practice Lead, where you'll take charge of delivering innovative SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions and lead our growing team of consultants. This role is ideal for someone with extensive EWM expertise and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Your responsibilities:

    • Project Delivery: Participate as a Functional Consultant or Solutions Architect, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions for seamless supply chain integration
    • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of SAP EWM consultants, overseeing hiring, on-boarding, and performance management. Set development targets, provide regular feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews to ensure team growth
    • People Management: Foster a positive team environment through communication, coaching, and team-building activities. Develop training plans and support ongoing skill development
    • Resource & Project Management: Monitor team utilization, ensuring fair workload distribution and optimal resource planning. Lead team meetings and complete required administrative tasks (e.g. reports, annual reviews)
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP EWM technologies and best practices, promoting innovation and growth within the team

Your skills and experience:

    • Extensive experience in EWM/WM as a Consultant / Solution Architect / Project Manager 
    • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and growing teams 
    • Strong ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members, ensuring both individual and team success 
    • Experience in performance management, including conducting yearly assessments, hiring, and making key team decisions
    • Solution-oriented and positive hands-on mentality 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (other languages are an advantage) 
    • Readiness travel if the role requires it
