To complement our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a SAP Senior Project Manager to become part of a world-class SAP S/4HANA consulting company.

About the role:

You lead complex SAP transformation programs and ensure successful delivery across multiple project streams.
You translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans and guide cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and project outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP projects and programs, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
Translate business strategies and transformation goals into actionable project plans.
Own project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication across all levels.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence.
Support pre-sales activities, including project estimations, proposals, and client presentations.

Your skills and experience:

Proven experience of 10+ years in SAP project management and delivery of complex transformation programs.
Demonstrated track record in leading large-scale SAP implementations across multiple industries.
Strong knowledge of SAP project methodologies, tools, and delivery frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging at C-level.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional and international teams.
Experience in pre-sales, business development, and proposal management.
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving skills.

General requirements:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Additional languages are an asset.
Strong team-oriented mindset and ability to work in international environments.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Focus on delivery excellence and customer success.
Willingness to travel depending on project requirements.
