To complement our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a SAP Program Manager to become part of a world-class SAP S/4HANA consulting company.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead SAP programs and project portfolios, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including SAP experts, business analysts, developers, and vendors, to deliver complex SAP implementations.
- Oversee project and program planning, execution, and governance, including timelines, resources, budgets, scope, risks, and change controls.
- Act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Build strong relationships across business and IT functions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive change management efforts, including end-user training and system adoption.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Your skills and experience:
- 7+ years managing large-scale SAP programs, including SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and related modules.
- Proven success delivering complex SAP programs from planning to execution.
- Experience in Supply Chain Execution (EWM, TM, Yard) or Planning (IBP, SAC), and/or S/4HANA as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in managing large projects with 100+ team members.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage), as well as a willingness to travel if projects require it.
