SAP EWM Practice Director Switzerland (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Practice Director to lead and grow our SAP Site Logistics practice in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for business growth, customer success, market development, and the continued advancement of our EWM capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the business performance of the SAP EWM practice, including revenue, profitability, and market position.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in line with customer demand and business priorities.
- Generate demand and develop new business opportunities through customer engagement, SAP relationships, partner networks, events, and market activities.
- Support the qualification, shaping, and conversion of opportunities into projects.
- Maintain visibility across key customer engagements and support customer satisfaction and project performance.
- Lead demand planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global practice teams to align capabilities, offerings, and market needs.
Your Skills and Experience
- Deep knowledge in SAP EWM functionality and warehouse management processes.
- Experience in business development, pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and proposal development.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, SAP, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
