Key Tasks

    • Global QA Coordination: Collaborate with project managers (globally) for QA initiatives and executions
    • QA Status Tracking: Maintain 100% accurate, and timely up-to-date QA project status records
    • QA Process Improvement: Refine and enhance project QA SOP (standard operating procedure)
    • Tollgate Reviews & Escalation Management: Oversee QA tollgate checks and manage escalations promptly.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear, timely communication on QA matters across teams.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Generate QA reports and data-driven insights for stakeholders and leadership.
    • Administrative & QA Support: Provide administrative/coordinative support to the QA team and assist with onboarding and accompanying projects with QA measures from the beginning until the closure.
    • Compliance & Quality Monitoring: Ensure adherence of projects to QA standards and actively request adjustments in case of any discrepancies from the standard QA process.
    • Administer and proactive follow-up with all stakeholders to execute QA tollgate
    • Escalation Handling: Proactively and diplomatically manage escalations, ensuring resolution and follow-ups, not procrastinating to escalate on time by necessity.
    • Instant Reporting: Supporting with ad hoc report requirements

Skills required

    • Experience: 3 to 7 years in project quality assurance or a related field.
    • QA & IT Knowledge: understanding of IT project delivery cycles and QA practices.
    • Project QA Team Experience: Experience working in project quality assurance management teams.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis capabilities.
    • MIS Reporting: Proficiency in MIS reporting, analysis, and building new reports.
    • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer Service: Superior customer service and support abilities.
    • Confidentiality & Integrity: Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
    • Stress Resilience: Ability to handle escalations and stressful situations calmly and effectively.
    • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to manage emotions in high-stress situations and foster collaboration in a global team environment.
    • Proactive & Assertive: Strong follow-up skills, particularly in pushing for responses from project teams.
    • Time Management: Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Business Acumen: Understanding of the broader business impact of quality assurance activities on project success.
    • Familiarity with QA Tools: Knowledge of quality assurance and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
