We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant for our growing team in India.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage quality audits across the organization
- Maintain ISO certification and ensure compliance with standards
- Implement and oversee CMMI processes and maturity levels
- Establish quality governance frameworks and procedures
- Create and present quality performance reports to management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings
- Collaborate with teams to implement quality management systems
- Manage external auditor relationships and certification processes
Your Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong background in quality auditing and compliance
- Hands-on experience with ISO standards and certification
- Proven experience in CMMI implementation
- Experience in establishing quality governance frameworks
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
