SAP Enterprise Architect
You will define and drive the enterprise‑wide SAP architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology platforms, and long‑term transformation roadmaps. Acting as a senior trusted advisor, you will guide complex architectural decisions and support large‑scale SAP transformation programs across regions and industries.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise‑wide SAP technology and architecture strategy, aligned with business objectives and long‑term roadmaps.
- Serve as the highest architectural authority for complex, large‑scale SAP transformations, owning key design and governance decisions.
- Advise senior and executive stakeholders on architecture trade‑offs, platform strategy, integration, security, and innovation opportunities.
- Establish and enforce architecture principles, reference architectures, and quality standards across delivery teams and regions.
- Lead the resolution of the most complex and high‑risk architectural challenges in multi‑system, global SAP landscapes.
- Mentor and develop senior architects, fostering communities of practice and long‑term architectural excellence.
- Support strategic pre‑sales and key account initiatives through architectural leadership and credibility.
Your Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in SAP enterprise architecture and large‑scale transformation programs.
- Proven track record as lead architect for complex, multi‑country SAP implementations, including hybrid and cloud‑based landscapes.
- Deep expertise in SAP architecture and integration, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, enterprise integration patterns, extensibility, and security.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and advisory skills in international consulting environments.
- Strong commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and architectural governance.
- SAP architecture certifications and recognized expert standing in SAP or industry communities are an advantage.
General Requirements
- University degree or equivalent senior professional experience in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Strong strategic thinking, structured problem‑solving, and executive presence.
- Willingness to travel as required by strategic responsibilities and key client engagements.
