You’ll be focused in
• Continuously develop and improve monitoring environment
• Take ownership for monitoring and backup solution (OpManager)
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for logfiles (Elastic)
• Continuously improve data quality and establish data documentation
• Ensuring proper interaction with CMDB, Ticketing tools, etc.
• Collaborating with and driving providers (software vendor) to align bugs and feature requests (Provider management)
• Representation of the team to stakeholders (End users, Service Owners, Managers, etc.)

In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a IT Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic (ELK) - implementation and usage
• Strong experience with OS operations (Linux) and automation (Ansible)
• Strong collaboration skills and flexibility needed
• Knowledge and proven experience with ITIL Processes
• Proven experience working as a IT Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic (ELK) - implementation and usage
• Strong experience with OS operations (Linux) and automation (Ansible)
• Strong collaboration skills and flexibility needed
• Knowledge and proven experience with ITIL Processes

• Machine Learning experience (e.g. anomaly detection, trend detection)
