You'll be focused in

• Establish company-wide standards and processes for measuring, reporting, and correcting data quality

• Determine and continuously improve methods and processes for data quality management

• Define and maintain data quality measurement standards and KPI's

• Select and implement effective measures for improving data quality management

• Collect requirements from relevant stakeholders regarding data quality needs and expectations

• Coordinate regularly with HR Data Domain Architect, HR Data Domain Manager, HR Data Owners and IT Data Quality Manager

• Make decisions on countermeasures for cross-domain data quality issues

• Develop and manage reporting templates and dashboards for company-wide data quality visualization

• Determine the structure and consolidation of data quality reports tailored to stakeholders

• Monitor and oversee data quality activities and ensure alignment with defined KPIs and objectives

In order to succeed you'll need

• Degree in related knowledge area or comparable job expertise

• Proven experience in data quality management, preferably in large-scale corporate environments

• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data lifecycle principles

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

• Proficient in designing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to address and resolve complex cross-domain data quality challenges.

The Project

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Data Quality Manager to oversee the entire data quality management process for the HR & OM data domain across the VW Group. This role is pivotal in defining standards, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing data quality improvement initiatives that ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical data assets.
