You’ll be focused in

• Sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates through diverse recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, the company’s ATS, and jobsite applications

• Creating and posting job ads across multiple platforms to attract top talent

• Conducting initial candidate screenings

• Maintaining and documenting accurate, up‑to‑date recruitment data and metrics to support continuous process improvement

• Collaborating and guiding recruiters and stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives and hiring goals

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• Academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Basic familiarity of sourcing tools, Boolean search, or modern recruitment strategies

• Some hands-on exposure to recruitment activities such as supporting coordination, sourcing, or general HR tasks

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience working with ATS platforms
