You'll be focused in
• Review existing HR policies and support the development and rollout of new HR policies, including those related to payroll and time‑off.
• Maintain and update People FAQs and internal knowledge base content to support chatbot implementation and employee self‑service.
• Assist in the implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors and related HR digital tools.
• Complete basic HR and reporting tasks, such as updating vacancy-related reports and other routine submissions.
• Conduct Master Data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.
• Perform Payroll audits and support payroll accuracy and compliance initiatives.
• Manage SAP transactions, including creating PRs/POs and processing Goods Receipts for internal services
In order to succeed you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR Operations, HR processes, and digital HR tools.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn HR systems and auditing procedures.
• Experience with or willingness to learn SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HR platforms.
• Good understanding of administrative processes and documentation standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to collaborate in a multicultural, interdisciplinary team setting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
