QA Engineer

You'll be focused in
• Reviewing and analyze system specifications
• Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Creating logs to document testing phases and defects
• Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
• Helping troubleshoot issues
• Working closely with product owners in defining the user stories acceptance criteria
• Conducting post-release/ post-implementation testing;
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Proven experience working as a QA Engineer or related role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience would be nice to have
• proven experience with error tracking and recording tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong knowledge of tools for test automation such as Playwright, Cypress, or others
• Experience in writing traditional test cases in Jira X-Ray
• Experience in creation of test scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript or other tools
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, such as Pos or business experts
• Some knowledge related to CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins or others
• Some knowledge with load testing would be nice to have
• Good English and communication skills.
