You’ll be focused in
• Supporting the Management Control team with financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
• Preparing and analyzing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses with increasing autonomy
• Working with financial and operational data to generate insights that support decision‑making across different business areas
• Collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of financial information
• Preparing clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate financial insights and recommendations
• Deepening your understanding of business performance drivers, cost structures, and operational KPIs
• Contributing to the improvement and optimization of controlling processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency through new tools, automation, or simple programming solutions
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• A degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Management Control, or a related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Management Control, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or a similar finance role
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, data handling, and Pivot Tables
• Good command of PowerPoint, with the ability to structure messages clearly and support decision‑making
• Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and collaborative mindset
• Analytical and structured approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to continuously improve processes and tools
Nice to have:
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. VBA, Python, SQL, or similar)
• Interest in exploring digital tools and automation to improve efficiency
