You’ll be focused in
• Owning and driving the OpenAI product roadmap at MAN, ensuring alignment of MAN’s OpenAI strategy with TRATON Group standards and initiatives
• Defining governance, policies, and best practices for OpenAI usage
• Supporting and guiding departments on safe and effective AI use cases
• Managing integrations and technical implementation support
• Monitoring usage, performance, and consumption metrics
• Sharing knowledge
• Aligning with business areas to identify and prioritize AI demands
• Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI guidelines
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, legal, security, and leadership
• Understanding of the Microsoft M365 ecosystem and/or Power Platform
• Strong awareness of AI trends, model evolution, limitations, and risk landscape
• Understanding of data governance, enterprise security principles, and platform administration basics
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar enterprise AI platforms
• Background in service management & product ownership
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
