As an Engineering Manager your focus will be managing and supporting the teams at all levels. As a leader, you should have a solid background and leadership skills, so you’ll be prepared to work on the team’s strategy and implementation of valuable ideas, as well as, continuously challenge your team members.

• Acting as a trusted partner for stakeholders;

• Aligning activities with business goals and strategic priorities;

• Identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities;

• Understanding stakeholder’s needs and identify potential commercial leads;

• Leading and develop high-performing teams;

• Ensuring effective workforce planning aligned with project needs;

• Managing team budgets, planning, and forecasting.

 

• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role;

• Strong background in technology/software engineering environments; 

• Experience in stakeholder management;

• Business-oriented mindset and ability to spot commercial opportunities;

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory);

• Availability for occasional travel to Germany and India;

• Experience in cross-cultural or international environments is a plus.
