QA Tester (Test Manager)

You'll be focused in
• Responsible for the definition of test strategy for the products
• Review and analyze system specifications;
• Coordinate and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results;
• Create and maintain logs to document testing phases and defects;
• Responsible for overall product Quality Assurance scope
• Prevent bugs and errors from the development team;
• Help troubleshoot issues;
• Work closely with product owners in defining the user stories acceptance criteria
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing;
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;
In order to succeed you'll need
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Proven experience on Test Manager and/or Quality Manager, as a QA Tester or similar role;
• Experience in QA methodology;
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors;
• Working knowledge of test management software, namely Jira, Confluence and xRay;
• Knowledge in building manual tests (user perspective)
• Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural, interdisciplinary, balanced product team.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting;
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks;
• Regression testing;
• Automation Testing;
• ISTQB (Foundation Level or higher) OR TMap NEXT® Test Engineer (TMPTE or higher) certifications
