You’ll be focused in
• Conducting design and user research in all the different stages of a product’s development
• Exploring and communicate design concepts through artefacts like sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes
• Pairing with other designers to share work responsibilities and continuously validate design decisions together
• Continuously refining and improve designs through feedback, user testing, and iteration
• Engaging stakeholders and your team to ensure your design fits business goals, technical constraints, while meeting user needs
• Innovating and iterate on lean and agile principles, designing software solutions that work
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working as a Product Designer or related role
• Strong knowledge with methods usability research and testing
• Experience with Prototyping and mock-up tools such as Figma
• Experience with design of interactive web designs and user flows
• Strong Communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken
About the product
TMS main goal is to enable processes and IT systems in MAN's Production and Logistics for the cross-brand product development, within the TRATON Group, contributing for the implementation of the modular system for trucks and buses.
