Silverfin is looking for a Partner Account Manager to spearhead the adoption of our platform within large Belgian enterprises, in close collaboration with top-tier accounting firms.
As a Partner Account Manager, you will manage complex, high-level sales cycles where you will be the key driver of success in bringing enterprises on board, while partnering with accountants throughout the entire sales process. You will own the end-to-end sales journey, but always in alignment with our accounting partners.

Your responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders within large Belgian enterprises, focusing exclusively on C-Level engagements.
- Partner Management: Collaborate closely with top-tier accounting firms, ensuring their involvement in every phase of the sales cycle when selling to their clients (end customers).
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the sales cycle for Silverfin, always in partnership with the accountant, to bring our solutions directly to enterprises who are looking to take control over their compliance work.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product, customer success, and marketing, to ensure that the offering aligns with customer needs and market demands.
- Educational Leadership: Conduct workshops, webinars, and presentations to showcase the benefits of Silverfin’s solutions to enterprise clients and their accountants.
- Market Penetration: Identify and drive new business opportunities, ensuring Silverfin’s growth in the enterprise market.
What would success look like?
- Sales Growth: Achieving sales targets by successfully onboarding enterprises through a collaborative sales process with accountants.
- Partnership Development: Building strong, trust-based relationships with accounting partners, ensuring they remain engaged and supportive of the sales process. Client Engagement: Conducting C-Level discussions and showcasing how Silverfin’s solutions can transform enterprise compliance and data management.
- Data-Driven Sales: Leveraging market insights and data to refine and improve the sales process, aligning with Silverfin’s strategic objectives.
- Client Enablement: Facilitate client progress through educational activities like workshops, presentations, and webinars.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal, to achieve shared goals.
- Industry Representation: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and represent the company as a business ambassador.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions and contribute to fostering an ethical workplace culture.
Experience and Qualifications
- Direct Sales Experience: At least 4 years of experience in SaaS sales within the enterprise market.
- Partner Sales: Ideally you have experience in managing partnerships, either within the context of SaaS or complex B2B environments.
- C-Level Engagement: Proven success in engaging with C-Level stakeholders, especially in large enterprises.
- Sales Proficiency: A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, including experience in upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong background in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, prioritising client satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and executing account plans aligned with company growth objectives and client needs.
- Educational Engagement: Familiarity with conducting workshops, presentations, webinars, or similar activities to empower clients and enhance their product usage.
Skills and knowledge
- Communication Skills: Fluent and professional use of Dutch & English. French is considered as a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally with the team and externally with clients. The ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and drive revenue growth. Ability to navigate and influence in complex B2B sales environments.
- SaaS Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of SaaS solutions, particularly in the context of compliance and data management.
- Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the Silverfin product and how it meets the needs of the target market. The ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition (once you’re onboarded).
- Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve shared goals.
- Sales Processes: Familiarity with modern sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales tools to optimise processes and enhance team productivity.
- Market Analysis: The ability to conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and stay informed about industry changes that could impact sales strategies.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve sales outcomes.
