How would you support our success?

Are you ready to be at the heartbeat of our office culture and people operations? We are seeking a passionate and driven candidate to join our team as a People & Office Coordinator. 

In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our work environment across multiple locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating a vibrant office environment and by organising unforgettable company events. Additionally, you'll play a central role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring that our employees feel supported and valued every step of the way. 

As part of our People Team and reporting to our Head of People Business, you will collaborate closely with colleagues dedicated to building a positive workplace culture. 

This role requires being present in our office in Ghent. However, occasional working from home may be possible, offering flexibility while ensuring engagement and collaboration with the team.

Your responsibilities

    • Be in charge of office and facility management across our diverse locations, creating spaces that inspire creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Plan and execute a variety of company events and activities designed to strengthen our culture and nurture connections among team members.
    • Champion safety and health initiatives, implementing best practices and policies to ensure a secure and healthy work environment for all.
    • Take ownership of People operations, from drafting contracts and letters to managing correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in office operations and people processes.
    • Welcome visitors in a professional, warm and approachable way.

    • By prioritising safety and employee well-being, and efficiently managing HR operations, you not only keep the lights on but also help build an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

What will support your success?

    • First relevant experience in roles such as office management, facility management, event coordination, HR operations or any related field.

Skills and knowledge

    • A natural collaborator with outstanding organisational skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities with ease.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships across all levels of the organisation.
    • A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), quickly adapting to new technologies. .
    • Fluency in Dutch and English.
    • Driver’s licence (B).
