We are seeking a creative, strategic, and skilled Content Marketing Manager to elevate our brand's voice and presence across various platforms. 

This role is ideal for a content wizard who excels at crafting compelling narratives, engaging blogs, insightful thought leadership pieces, and vibrant social media content. 

Your work will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness, engaging our audience, and contributing to our overall marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with Silverfin's business objectives and marketing goals.
    • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for a variety of channels, including blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
    • Spearhead our thought leadership efforts by identifying trends, generating innovative ideas, and producing insightful content that positions Silverfin as a leader in the SAAS industry.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to create targeted content that supports product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.
    • Manage Silverfin's social media presence, creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and analysing performance metrics to optimise our strategy.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Silverfin's content remains relevant, innovative, and ahead of the curve.
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing activities, using data to inform and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements (Essential)

    • Experience in a similar role and/or formal studies in marketing and communicationsStrong communication skills both written, spoken and visual
    • Attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of creating engaging content across various formats and channels.
    • Experience in the SAAS industry is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of its trends, challenges, and audience.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and social media marketing tactics.
    • Creative thinker with excellent research and analytical skills.
    • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
