The division provides full retail banking and advisory services to private individuals and small to medium- sized companies, and advisory-driven corporate banking services to larger corporate customers. 

About the role:
The Talent Acquisition team operates across the Baltics, covering a wide range of business and IT roles in all three Baltic countries. The team collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues across the organisation.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the Baltic Talent Acquisition team as well as the global Talent Acquisition function. You will also be a member of the local HR team in Latvia.

NOTE: please be aware this position is fixed-term.

You are intellectually curious, solution‑oriented, and communicative. You work independently while being a collaborative team player, with strong time‑management and organisational skills.

You will:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment plans
    • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, candidate tracking, and offer negotiations‑
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
    • Stay up to date with labour market trends and talent acquisition best practices, continuously improving recruitment approaches
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives

To succeed in this role, you bring:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role
    • Experience using personality or psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment process
    • Solid understanding of full‑cycle recruitment processes and best practices
    • Experience with a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment tools
    • Strong communication skills in English and Latvian, combined with excellent interpersonal abilities. English language is required as you will be working in Baltic team and with recruitment projects across Baltic.
    • The ability to prioritise, manage multiple recruitments, and work effectively both independently and in a team

€2,250 - €3,250 a month
(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
