Position purpose
As a Floor Manager, the main responsibilities are aptimizing the sales and profits and ensuring customers gain a great retail experience in the KL store. Ensure that the KL rules and procedures are met in the absence of the Store Manager.
This is a leading commercial function focused on the organization of all activities within a KL store. Within the objectives of KL, the Floor Manager achieves optimal selling of KL products by the effective use of his / her available resources
Key accountabilities:
- Finance
- The Floor Manager works in a results-oriented environment and can implement KPIs that help achieve set goals. Is aware of store targets and drives the team to achieve them.
- Motivates the team and manages the floor to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Administrative tasks.
- Operational
- The Floor Manager makes sure the guidelines of Karl Lagerfeld are met within all operational aspects. The operational proceedings include work focused on store atmosphere, POS transactions, stock, and the back of the house. Also, the procedures and processes of Health and Safety, Theft, and Loss Prevention.
- Responsible for ensuring correct communication and that it is understood and performed correctly by the team (promotions, VM, HR, etc.)
- Making sure that VM standards are met.
- People
- This involves supporting responsibility for motivating the team and recognizing potential and development opportunities. The Floor Manager is responsible for the accumulation of knowledge of the team by using the House of Karl Manual and other sources.
- Regular updates are given to the Store Manager about team members
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year as a Supervisor/Floor Manager.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
- Communicates openly, honestly, and constructively.
- Promotes an inclusive, team-driven culture.
- Sets ambitious yet achievable goals focused on service and performance.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
