The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, motivated intern to join our Paris Office. The intern will perform various activities on the Wholesale team to acquire exceptional customer service skills and build customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong and growing business and gain experience in a fast pace fashion company. The role involves providing support to the day-to-day wholesale activities, seasonal sales campaigns, showroom and key account management. This person will be in direct contact with internal and external linkages of the Karl Lagerfeld brand.
Responsibilities
- The intern must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries and will be in direct contact with partners. The role includes being in communication with and between other departments to ensure a smooth flow of communication and process monitoring.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist and monitor partners' requests. (SAV, Price lists, master data files, product overviews, marketing material requests and re-orders).
- Utilize programs such as QlikSense to analyze deliveries status, stock and partners' seasonal orders.
- Provide client support in selling appointments and order entry.
- Support and coordinate logistics during seasonal sales campaigns.
- Support participation in sales appointments during Sales Campaigns, contributing to commercial opportunities.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional departments (E-commerce, Marketing, PR, Operations and Finance).
- Supports communication flows to existing customers and prospects.
- Analyze fashion business trends and prepare weekly internal reports.
- Assist in overseeing commercial operations and marketing activations for Key accounts.
SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor or Master in Business or Fashion related studies.
- Basic understanding of Wholesale buying principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, & Graphs), PowerPoint and strong analytical capability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner, prioritize and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
- Fluent in English & French.

- Communicates openly, honestly and constructively
- You have a strong interest in Wholesale and fashion
- Due to the volume of communication with key accounts and external clients, you possess excellent customer service skills.
Start Date : 10th of March
The student should be available full-time, 5 days a week, for the next 6 months, and must be enrolled at a University able to provide an internship agreement contract.
Proficiency in French and English Mandatory, Italian is a plus
